Our Story

The founders of WITLENS LTD are highly trained professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in Health and Social care. They have worked in both Primary and Secondary Care settings including ITU, HDU, A& E, Medical, surgical wards, community nursing, and the Intermediate care settings. They have worked in the Out-of-hours services, Urgent treatment Centres and GP surgeries which involved the management of minor illnesses, long-term condition management, medication reviews, etc. Their dedication and ambition has seen them develop to Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Specialist Public Health Nurses (Health Visitor). They also have experience to work with clients of all ages from babies, children, adults and the elderly. As professionals, they have a vision to give back the community the knowledge and experience we have gained over the years the community. This vision inspired them to establish the Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Complex Care Service with a personalised approach for all our clients. WITLENS are both CQC regulated and Ofsted registered. Our dream and aspiration is to become a household name in Health and Social Care. WITLENS endeavor to make a difference to the local communities not only by gold-standard care and support but to also create employment opportunities. also work in partnership with De Montfort University to mentor pre-registration student nurses and are one of the first social care providers to provide such support in a higher education institute.

We ensure client and staff retention through ongoing self assessments, monitoring, regular training, appraisals, and strict adherence to the CQC and Ofsted regulatory requirements. We pride ourselves in staff training investment and respond to both positive and negative feedback to improve our services. We prioritize client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication, addressing feedback, and responding to any changes in individual needs.We have also invested in technology to streamline our services to dedicate the majority of our time to clients/ service user support. Our management team assesses potential clients thoroughly to create personalised care /support plans, assigning suitably trained and skilled support workers to ensure consistent, high-quality care with minimal staff rotation. Our overall goal is to empower service users to remain independent while providing the necessary support to help them make informed decisions about their care.
