Our Directors

The founders of WITLENS LTD are professionals that have worked across various regions of the United Kingdom with over 50 years of combined experience in Health and Social care, both Primary and Secondary Care settings including ITU, HDU, A& E, Medical, and surgical wards, community nursing, and the Intermediate care settings.

The Midlands has become our home and place of work for over two decades and we have worked as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Specialist Public Health Nurses (Health Visitor).

We have worked in the Out-of-hours services, Urgent treatment Centres and GP surgeries which involved the management of minor illnesses, long-term condition management, medication reviews, etc. We have experience to work with clients of all ages from babies, children, adults and the elderly and we are both CQC and Ofsted registered.

As professionals, we have a vision to give back the knowledge and experience we have gained over the years to the people of the Midlands. This vision inspired us to establish the Supported Living, Domiciliary Care and Complex Care Service with a personalised approach for all our clients.

Our dream and aspiration is to become a household name in Health and Social Care. We endeavor to make a difference to the local communities not only by gold-standard care and support but to also create employment opportunities. We also work in partnership with De Montfort University to mentor pre-registration student nurses and are one of the first social care providers to provide such support in Leicester.
