Witlens Ltd.: Our Story

Witlens Ltd comprises a team of professionals that have worked across various regions of the United Kingdom with over 50 years of combined experience in Health and Social care, both Primary and Secondary Care settings including ITU, HDU, A& E, Medical, and surgical wards, district nursing, and various Intermediary care settings.

The Midlands has become our home and place of work for nearly two decades and we have worked as Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Midwives, Specialist Public Health Nurses, and Social Services,

We have worked in the out-of-hours services, urgent treatment centers, and GP surgeries which involved the management of minor illnesses, long-term condition management, medication reviews, etc.

As a team of professionals, we felt that we have much to give to the people of the Midlands. This led to the birth of a vision to deliver a personalised home care service.

Our dream and aspiration is to become a household name in Health and Social Care throughout midlands. We endeavor to make a difference to the local communities not only by gold-standard care and support but also creating employment opportunities.

Munya Wilson

Registered General Nurse, MSc Advanced Clinical Practioner

Munya is highly motivated and has a meticulous eye for detail. He is an expert in Health & Social Care with over seventeen years in both primary and secondary care settings.

Munya has extensive experience in leadership and management having worked at a senior level as a Senior Charge Nurse.

His experience includes hospital admission avoidance, early discharge and re-anablement. This involved assistance of clients in their own home, helping in their recuperation and rehabilitation in order to regain and maintain independence.

He has extensive experience in adult Safeguarding, Care Coordinating and is outcome-focused. He has a wealth of knowledge in care planning supporting vulnerable children and adults as well as End of Life Care.

Munya is well versed with the legal framework and obligations under the Social and Health Act, 2012 as amended, all the policies and procedures as set out by the CQC and other regulatory bodies.

Tendai Wilson

Registered General nurse BSc Specialist Public Health Practitioner, MSc Advanced Clinical Practitioner Best Interest Assessor, Registered Manager

Tendai has a wealth of experience working as a Clinical Manager in various settings including, Intermediate Care Teams, Out-of-Hours, Health visiting service 0-19 years, GP practices, ITU, HDU, End of Life Care Teams and District Nursing. She has the key principles, fundamentals, and knowledge of the Health and Socials Care Act.

In addition, she also has experience in working with vulnerable adults and children and has worked as also worked as a Best Interest Assessor for various local authorities.

Tendai is a passionate and driven practitioner who aims to deliver quality service within the health and social care industry and has experience working within the Health and Social Care Act 2012 as amended.

More so she has also championed the development and implementation of evidence based practice, implementation of standards and co-ordinating the management of clinical care within the NHS.
