Tendai is an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background in clinical management and public health. She holds a BSc in Registered General Nursing and an MSc as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, alongside qualifications as a Specialist Public Health Practitioner and Registered Manager. Her career spans various settings, including Intermediate Care Teams, Out-of-Hours services, Health Visiting (0-19 years), GP practices, ITU, HDU, End-of-Life Care Teams, and District Nursing. Tendai is well-versed in the Health and Social Care Act, having applied its principles extensively throughout her career. She has significant experience working with vulnerable adults and children and has also served as a Best Interest Assessor for multiple local authorities
Passionate about delivering high-quality care, Tendai has actively championed the development and implementation of evidence-based practices, as well as coordinating clinical care management within the NHS.
