At WITLENS, we are dedicated to offering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each person’s unique needs. We are experts in providing complex care support services for both adults and children. We are CQC regulated and Ofsted registered for 16+ supported living. We work in partnership with De Montfort University to mentor pre-registration student nurses and other stakeholders.
Our staff are trained to manage complex care needs and communicate effectively with clients, including those who rely on non-verbal communication. Additionally, our staff are BILD non-restrictive care trained, equipping them to manage challenging behaviours of concern and promote positive behaviour.
